Following decades of experience in the Aged Care sector, it is clear that the ongoing reality is that funding assists the provision of care. Higher funding should not only allow a higher level general care, increased (or appropriately directed) procedures also equate with increased pain relief, physical contact and personal well-being.

Due to the ACFI CHC matrix structure, many services were not providing this, we developed a simple and effective online solution to increase awareness of how Complex Pain Management services can best be delivered, with confidence that any additional procedures will be fully funded by increased ACFI claims. We have provided specific Complex Health Care Domain advice to Aged Care Facilities since 2014.
